Artist Statement:
Spinner Dolphins have a curious habit of spinning when they jump. I invite kids of all ages to make this one spin. Who knows, it may just bring you good luck!
About Dale Lewis
Artist Dale Lewis is an award-winning sculptor, displaying for years in sculpture walks throughout the Midwest. Awards include People’s Choice, Best in Show, Committee’s Choice and First Place. His sculptures were featured at the MN Landscape Arboretum’s Festival of Lights. His traveling exhibits have been on display at Artisan Forge Studios, Eau Claire, WI, Reiman Gardens in Ames, IA, The Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center in Sioux City, IA, Museum of the Shenandoah Valley in Winchester, VA and this year at Pittsburgh Botanic Gardens.
Cities that have bought his sculptures include: Mankato, Stillwater and Red Wing in MN, Salina, KS, River Falls, Eau Claire and Prescott, WI, Liberty and St. Joseph, MO, as well as Big Stone Mini Golf.
