This piece is inspired by a prickly plant blooming only once in seven years. Cactus Flower simply imitates nature's beauty.
About Mark Hall
Mark has worked professionally in glass since 1976, after learning the German tradition. He was focused on the fabrication and installation of ecclesiastical stained-glass windows. In 1988, following the studio movement, he founded Hallmark Art Glass with his beloved wife, Leslie Munchof. Now retired, they continue their business creating site-specific sculptures of forged steel and glass for annual cities’ rotation.
